JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 814 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 25(1b)a, 26 /35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search a loaded country made pistol loaded with cartridge was recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly five months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
