Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted the privilege of regular bail by an order dated 26-3-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 11985 of 2025. It is next submitted that in the prayer portion of the bail application, i.e., Cr. Misc No. 11985 of 2025, the police station was inadvertently typed as Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 20/2024, when it is Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 20/2023, thus it is submitted that instant modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 26-3-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 11985 of 2025 to the extent that in the order dated 26-3-2025 in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24549 of 2025(2) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 Cr. Misc No. 11985 of 2025 at para-5 Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024 be read as Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023. 3.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the instant modification application is allowed. Accordingly, in the order dated 26-3-2025 in Cr. Misc No. 11985 of 2025 at para-5 "Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2024" shall be read as "Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 20 of 2023".
