Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks two modifications:- It is submitted that in the bail petition, Shambhu Kumar Mehta @ Shambhu Kumar @ Shambhu Kumar Mahto has not been typed though it was available in the first information report which had been missed out due to inadvertence. Hence, a prayer has been made to correct the name of the petitioner in the cause title of the order dated 16.08.2017. As such, it is directed that in the cause title of the order dated 16.08.2017 the name of the petitioner be read as "Shambhu Kumar Mehta @ Shambhu Kumar @ Shambhu Kumar Mahto, son of Akhilesh Mehta, resident of village Makhnaha, P.S. K. Nagar (Sri Nagar), District Purnea" in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46436 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 place of Shambhu Kumar Mehta @ Shambhu Kumar, son of Akhilesh Mehta, resident of village Makhnaha, P.S. K. Nagar (Sri Nagar), District Purnea.
(2) The second modification which has been sought for is in the last portion of the order wherein the name of the Court has wrongly been typed as "A.C.J.M., VI, Danapur, Patna" in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea" Let the same be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea" in place of "A.C.J.M., VI, Danapur, Patna" which was recorded in the earlier order. Accordingly, the modification application stands allowed.
