2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order date 02.02.2023 passed by the learned Special Judge, CBI-1, Patna in Special Case No. 47 of 2018, RC-1(S)/17/CIS-13/18 whereby the order of stay of arrest has been held to be automatically cancelled in compliance of the order dated 28.03.2018 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Cr. Appeal No. 1375-1376 of 2013 dated 28.03.2018 and further a Warrant of Arrest has been issued against the petitioner.

3. Permission is accorded.
