Petitioner is accused in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 435 of 2018 registered under Sections 364(A), 34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 14158 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 4778 of 2019 with Cr. Misc. No. 6545 of 2019 on 07.03.2019 and 27.03.2019 respectively.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
