JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-03-2021 This matter has been listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the counsel for the petitioner. Referring to paragraph 1 of the bail application and the order of the court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, whereby the petitioner's prayer for bail was rejected, as well as the search report, copy of which has been enclosed with the petition, the counsel for the petitioner submits that Excise Case No.72 of 2020 has wrongly been typed as Excise Case No.89 of 2019 in prayer portion of the bail application. The same error has thus been reflected in the order dated 17.02.2021 at page 3/3.

Considering the submissions and on going through the aforesaid Annexures, this Court would direct that Excise Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26950 of 2020(6) dt.05-03-2021 2/2 No.89 of 2019 in the third page of the order dated 17.02.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No.26950 of 2020 be read as "Excise Case No.72 of 2020" in place of "Excise Case No.89 of 2019". Since the order has been rectified, the time granted for surrender to avail the benefit of pre-arrest bail stands extended by four weeks from today.

The order dated 17.02.2021 stands modified to that extent only.
