At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, grievances of the petitioner have already been redressed and due salary, which was claimed in the present petition, has already been paid. He submits that this fact has been stated in the counter affidavit. The submission made by learned State counsel was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
