3. Perusal of record shows that vide e-mail dated 15.07.2025 of Assistant Registrar, Criminal Appeal Section of this Court, a living status report of accused appellant was called for. In response thereto, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna submitted a report dated 02.09.2025, based on information furnished by S.H.O., Athmalgola P.S. apprising this Court that appellant, namely, Ramanand Singgh @ Ramnandan Singh died around 18 years ago during the pendency of this

4. In view of the above, the instant Criminal Appeal filed by appellant stands abated.
