JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2025 Mr. Manoj Kumar Manoj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar to grant him relief in accordance with the judgment dated 25.06.2025 passed in L.P.A. No. 805 of 2022 by this Court.

2. Considering the aforesaid information, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11037 of 2021(4) dt.08-07-2025 2/2 petitioner, if so advised, may file a detailed representation before the Additional Chief Secretary, Education Department, Government of Bihar, who will decide the case of the petitioner on the basis of the particulars relating to the petitioner after obtaining the same from the appointing unit, expeditiously.
