The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379, 325, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the First Information Report, petitioners no. 1 & 2 are said to have assaulted the informant, whereas, petitioner no. 3 is alleged to have assaulted with sword to one Aakash

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25820 of 2022(2) dt.15-09-2022 2/3 Kumar, who is friend of informant, and petitioner no. 3 is alleged to have assaulted with hockey stick to another friend of informant namely Vikash Kumar, as a result of which, all these three persons sustained injury.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to dispute between the parties over playing cards, a simple Maarpit took place. Injuries, sustained by the injured, are simple in nature, though there is no injury report available on record. It is further submitted that both parties have entered into a compromise. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the backdrop of the case, in which, the alleged occurrence took place coupled with the fact that petitioners have got clean antecedent, let the above named six petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 246 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of
