05. 13.05.2016 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted to the Opposite Party No. 2 by this Court's order dated 22.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17979 of 2014 in connection with RC Case No. 2(S) of 2013 pending before the Sri Sunil Kumar-II, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna.
Having gone through the petition filed herein, I do not find any reason for canceling the bail of private Opposite Party. The application stands dismissed with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party and for which reason he is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, CBI, Patna, and the Superintendent of Police, CBI, Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
