20-02-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 22, submits that the petitioner had approached this Court with a prayer to direct for payment of arrear of salary and also for making payment of non-practicing allowance. He submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the grievance in respect of arrear of salary has already been redressed.
