Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 370(c) of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to personal grudge and ill motive. Further submission is that prior to the present case the petitioner had lodged a case bearing complaint case no. 348(c) of 2022 against the present complainant & Ors. as contained at Annexure-2. It is also submitted that the present case is a counter blast of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29199 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 earlier case filed by the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 370(c) of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
