2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 310 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code but charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 457, 380, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of committing theft.
4. The petitioners are in custody since 13.10.2023.
5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and also considering their period of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 310 of 2023, subject to the condition that the bailors should be close relative of the petitioners.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Cheriyaberiyarpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
