The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of the Excise Act as well as Section 54 of the Bihar Excise New Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the recovery was made from the field of one Jeet Singh. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47112 of 2016 (2) dt.19-11-2016 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-1, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S.
