2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 88 litres illicit country made liquor was recovered from the spot. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, recovery of huge quantity of illicit liquor and fact that petitioner has got three criminal antecedents of similar nature, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
