2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent no. 4./The Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Araria to dispose of Land Dispute Case No. 21/202223 vide Annexure-P-15 (Dinesh Ram Vs. Sone Lal Hembram & Ors.).

3. In view of the prayer made on behalf of petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7466 of 2023(2) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 this writ petition be disposed of with direction to respondent no. 4 to dispose of the pending case (Dinesh Ram Vs. Sone Lal Hembram & Ors.) in accordance with law after hearing both the parties by a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
