JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-10-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for direction to the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to issue appointment letter to the petitioner as Nagar Shikshak in Primary School under Maktab Garhara-1 and now under the Bihat Nagar Parishad, Begusarai in compliance of the direction given by the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Begusarai by order dated 20.06.2013 in Case No.121 of 2010. The petitioner had preferred an application under Rule 15(2) of the Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2015.
The District Appellate Authority vide order dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.18227 of 2013(4) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 16.08.2017 has restrained itself from passing any order since the matter is pending before the High Court.
The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present writ application, and he would pursue for implementation of the order dated 20.06.2013 passed in Case No.121 of 2010 (Annexure-5) before the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai. Since the matter is pending for a long time, the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai shall take all necessary steps to dispose of the application of the petitioner as early as possible within a reasonable time.
With the aforesaid observation and liberty, the present writ application stands disposed of.
