2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 8 of 2022 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 328, 308, 304, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30(a), 37(b), 33 and 34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 1.6 litres of illicit country made liquor was recovered from the joint hut of Munna Mahto and Birendra Mahto.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Petitioner is not named in the FIR and nothing has been

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-III, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 8 of 2022.
