The petitioner was terminated from service of Angan Bari Sevika and she preferred Miscellaneous Appeal No. 44/2008-09 before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur against the order of termination passed by the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur vide Memo No. 1359 dated 02.12.2008, as contained in annexure - 1, but the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 44/2008-09 has not yet been disposed of.

Considering the facts aforesaid, this writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.8412 of 2014 dt.28-07-2017 2/2 disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to dispose of the Miscellaneous Appeal No. 44/2008-09 within three months from the date of receipt of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
