JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Sri Devendra Kumar Sinha, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Mahesh Prasad, learned counsel for petitioners, after some argument, in presence of Sri Amarnath Jha, learned counsel for sole respondent, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy, as provided under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act, (Now, Employees Compensation Act).

The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as indicated above.
