Petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 06.10.2015, inasmuch as he seeks to delete the word "retired" in para-2 of the order dated 06.10.2015, which has crept in either due to some misunderstanding or on account of inadvertence. Let the word "retired" appearing in para-2 be deleted from the order dated 06.10.2015.
The petitioner further seeks extension of time for surrendering in the court below in view of the fact that there was some mistakes in the order which cannot be rectified on account of certain problems in communicating the same to the local counsel. Let the time fixed for surrender in the order dated
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36133 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 2/2 06.10.2015 be deemed to run from today, as such, the petitioner is directed to surrender within a period of three weeks from today, failing which the order of anticipatory bail passed in favour of the present petitioner shall stands revoked.
