The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Muffassil P.S. Case No. 96 of 2017 registered under Sections 323, 326, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Charge sheet has been submitted under sections 323, 341 and 504 of the I.P.C. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41900 of 2017 (5) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Munger in connection with Muffasil P.S.
