Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the facts that no incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is made accused in the case on the basis of the confessional statement of the coaccused.
