2. The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 04.10.2021. Petitioner had submitted representation on 11.10.2021, thereafter, the concerned respondent had passed

Patna High Court MJC No.781 of 2022(4) dt.17-08-2023 2/2 order on 16.08.2023. Even though respondents was required to comply the order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2021, however, respondents had taken time of about two years. There is no application for extension of time before this Court insofar as compliance, therefore, concerned respondent have committed contempt. Hence, they are liable to pay cost of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only). Cost shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks' from today.
