JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 The present modification application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 517 of 2015 by which anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner and he was directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the Court below within a period of four weeks.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that anyhow the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond in the Court below.

I find no merit in the application. It is accordingly dismissed.
