The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goraul P.S. Case No. 263/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his minor daughter was kidnapped by the petitioner Ranjan Kumar and his father Raju Mahto.

It is submitted that the victim appeared and made her statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. and disclosed that nobody kidnapped her. She voluntarily left her house and solemnized marriage with the petitioner. Raju Mahto father of the petitioner has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. 49365/15.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46958 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts that the victim herself denied the factum of her kidnapping, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 263/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
