Considering the order dated 09.10.2018 in CWJC No. 11166 of 2009, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2, 6 and 8 to proceed ahead as there is no impediment in their way after dismissal of CWJC No.11166 of 2009.

It is clarified here that in view of the order dated 04.11.2009 contained in letter No.22 Panchayat Secretary

Patna High Court CWJC No.10427 of 2009(6) dt.19-11-2018 2/2 cannot be now enforced as CWJC No. 11166 of 2009 has been dismissed.
