2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court vide order dated 05.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 81928 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the CSP license holder was Arun Kumar and not the petitioners. The FIR shows itself that the informant deposited money in the CSP of Arun Kumar. The petitioner and other co-accused persons have nothing to do with the CSP. He has further submitted that the said Arun Kumar has already died.

4. From bare perusal of the FIR, it appears that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28080 of 2024(2) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 by money of the informant was deposited with the Arun Kumar and not with the petitioners.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Teghara P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
