JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 Heard Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners; Mr. Ritesh Kumar, learned counsel for the University and Mr. Madhukar Mishra, learned counsel for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks one week time to remove all the defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter. Further he submits that the direction be given to the Registrar of Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara to dispose of the representation of the petitioner with respect to all the grievances, as claimed in the present writ petition particularly in paragraph no.18 of the writ petition.

3. The representation of the petitioner is directed to be disposed of within a period of six weeks ensuring that the entire payments are made to the petitioners within the aforesaid period
