2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 32 of 2021 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 354-B, 379, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 16.1.2021 by the informant, Raj Kumari Devi.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the accused persons armed variously assaulted them and in the process, the allegation is against Ranjeet Sah of assaulting Sunita Devi by 'Farsa', Mankeshwar Sah snatched the gold chain, they also destroyed the hut of the informant. The allegation against this petitioner is of using rod causing injury on the arms of the informant. Brij Keshwar Sah assaulted her

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that omnibus allegation has been made against all the accused persons. So far as this petitioner is concerned, though there is allegation of assault on the arms, the injuries report shows that the fingers were broken.

5. Learned APP on the other hand submits that the allegation is against this petitioner and the injury report shows the same to be grievous in nature.

6. Considering the submissions put forward by the parties as also the injury that has come against so far as the assault by this petitioner is concerned, it would be appropriate that he seek bail.

7. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U T
