Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 896 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414, 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft of motorcycles.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from physical conscious possession or from the house of the petitioner.
