2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 1155 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2023.

4. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner has argued this case vehemently on the ground of custody of the petitioner but considering the fact that in the trial, all the witnesses have been examined, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
