2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on account of land dispute this petitioner along with other co-accused persons committed murder of the husband of informant by Dabia and iron rod.

4. It is submitted that FIR has been lodged after four days of the occurrence and there is no plausible explanation for the same. It is further submitted that this false has been lodged only with a view to extort money. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Counsel for State opposed the prayer for bail and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26675 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 submitted that petitioner is named in the FIR and he along with others committed murder of the husband of informant.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and gravity of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 48 of 2023. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
