The present writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to select and appoint the petitioner as Secretary to the Gram Kachahari in Nyay Panchayat Terasia, block- Raghopur, district- Vaishali.

It was accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though representation before the District Magistrate was pending, the petitioner has directly approached this court. In view of the facts and circumstance, without delving

Patna High Court CWJC No.5886 of 2008 (3) dt.11-03-2015 2/2 into the merit of the case, the court proposes to dispose of the present writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, Vaishali within a period of eight weeks from today. If such representation is filed, the District Magistrate, Vaishali is required to examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months thereafter.
