The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 452, 341, 323, 468, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant filed a complaint petition on the basis of which the present F.I.R. is lodged. The informant alleged that Munna Kumar and Ravi Bhushan Sinha took her to the Registry Office for purchasing a piece of land. The petitioner was the deedwriter. The informant alleged that she put signature after going through the contents of the sale deed but, later on, the accused persons in collusion with each other took out one page from the sale deed and in its place inserted another page showing that the saleable land situates by the side of the road.
