No.5677 of 2020 passed by a learned Single Judge, dismissing the writ petition, the appellant has preferred this appeal.
Petitioner had filed writ petition for setting aside the order dated 06.02.2020 passed by the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Bikramganj by which the representation of the petitioner for correction of Khata number was dismissed. Learned single Judge dismissed the writ petition as
Patna High Court L.P.A No.286 of 2020 dt.03-03-2021 2/2 petitioner had not exhausted his statutory remedy of revision against the order in terms of Section 8 of Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.
This Court does not find any error or infirmity in the order passed by learned Single Judge and, accordingly, this LPA is dismissed.
