2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 44/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner was caught along with a stolen motorcycle. The petitioner is in jail since 12.02.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned court in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 44/2024.
