It appears from the records that this application was earlier dismissed on 26.7.2011 for non prosecution which was later on restored vide order dated 29.7.2015 passed in M.J.C. No. 2696/2014. Once again when the matter is called out none has appeared to press the same.

As a result, this application is again dismissed for want of prosecution.
