The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.134 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/379/120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury with iron rod at the head of the old mother of the informant. The doctor has found lacerated wound at the head though simple in nature.

Since the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35942 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 P2/ anticipatory bail. However, in the event of surrender of the petitioner, the prayer for regular bail shall be disposed of without being prejudice by the order of this Court.
