JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-04-2018 The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017, dated 04.09.2017, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 461 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15788 of 2018 (2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 that because of a Title suit having been filed by the petitioner No. 3 against the informant of the present case, this case has been lodged. The petitioners, as stated, are related to the informant. In fact they come from the same stock of family. The petitioners do not bear any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, DehriOn-Sone, Rohtas (Bihar) in connection with Akorhi Gola P.S. Case No. 157 of 2017.
