Patna High Court CWJC No.7440 of 2020 dt.18-02-2022 2/3 ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 18-02-2022 Heard Ms. Manini Jaiswal, the learned Advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Ram Vinay Prasad Singh, the learned counsel for the State.

Though the petitioners had earlier come up before this Court challenging the decision of the Government in not considering their case for appointment as teachers but, later, with the new developments, they have limited their prayer to the one which has been allowed in the case of Preeti Priya & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. in C.W.J.C. No. 1987 of 2020 (disposed off on 09.02.2022).

3. The petitioners had appeared in B.S.I.T.E.T. test in the year 2011, but their results were published in the year 2013. They had enrolled themselves in B.Ed. course in Session 2017 - 2019 and before the cut-off date fixed for the sixth phase of appointment of teachers, they have also obtained their B.Ed. degree.

4. In view of the decision in the case of

Patna High Court CWJC No.7440 of 2020 dt.18-02-2022 3/3 Preeti Priya & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors., referred to above, the application with respect to the petitioners is also allowed on the same terms as has been done in C.W.J.C. No. 1987 of 2020.

5. The writ petition stands disposed off accordingly.
