It is made clear that the period consumed in pursuing
Patna High Court CWJC No.18617 of 2010 (5) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 the present writ petition i.e. since 10-11-2010 (from the date of filing of writ petition) till today, shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
