The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to pay his dues amounting to Rs 2,58,996/- against the work executed by him arising out of Contract Agreement No 302 F2/2018-19.

From the writ petition, it does not appear that the petitioner has ever approached the respondents raising demand for payment of the aforesaid amount.

In such circumstance, this writ petition cannot be

The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to approach the Authorities first, raising his claim by making a representation.

It goes without saying that if the petitioner approaches the concerned Respondent, his representation shall be duly considered and disposed of in accordance with law. This application stands disposed of.
