The petitioner has claimed payment of family pension.
As per the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the State, it transpires that the late husband of the petitioner was not an employee of recognized Sanskrit school and thus no pensionary benefit can be paid to her.
Despite copy of the counter affidavit having
