ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Lodipur P.S.Case No.65 of 2015 for the offence under Section 366(A)/34 of I.P.C.

The case diary in the present case which was called for has since been received.

Whatever the matter is with respect to the nature of allegation, now the matter has been compromised and compromise petition has also been filed in the court below. It is submitted that the petitioner and the victim girl had appeared and stated that now she has been married to another

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53618 of 2015 (3) dt.20-04-2016 2/2 person and, therefore, she has no grievance against the petitioner. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and upon due consideration of the material which has come in the case diary and also after perusing of the so called compromise petition, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

It is, accordingly, rejected.
