Sessions Judge IV, Khagaria, it has wrongly been typed as Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Begusarai and the same defect has occurred in order no.2 dated 05.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 42496/2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer portion of his petition within course of the day and similarly, in order no.2 dated 05.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 42496/2016 in place of Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Begusarai, it be read as Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Khagaria. Accordingly, the above stated order dated 05.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 42496/2016 stands modified to the above stated extent.

This petition stands disposed of.
