JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) To restore membership of the petitioner as a member of the fifteenth Bihar legislative Assembly from 220 Obra General assembly Constituency forthwith on the strength of entire order of stay passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in I.A. No5 filed in civil Appeal No (s) 5652/2014 on 18-9-2015.

(ii) To restore all benefits and privileges to which the petitioner is entitled to as a M.L.A. from aforesaid Assembly Segrement.

The learned counsel for the respondent- State submits that the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, inasmuch as the term of the Members of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17755 of 2015(2) dt.20-03-2023 2/2 15th Bihar Legislative Assembly has already come to an end. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
