20-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in relation to Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 169/2017 registered under Sections 224, 225, 323, 324, 353, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a widow sister of an accused Rahul Ranjan. The informant in the present case is Sub-Inspector of Police who has falsely implicated this petitioner at the instance of Priti Kumari who happened to be the wife of said Rahul Ranjan and with whom some matrimonial dispute is going on. Learned counsel submits that in fact Rahul Ranjan had appeared in connection with Manjhaul P.S. Case No. 109/2017 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and in the anticipatory bail application filed before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Begusarai he had appeared on 18.10.2017 giving an undertaking that he will keep his wife happily, in these circumstances the

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances, in the nature of allegations taking note of the matrimonial dispute between the parties, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (fifteen thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Rosera, at Samastipur, vide G.R. no. 982/2017, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 169/2017, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
