1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, para 5 of the order dated 04.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 8556 of 2024 is modified to read as:- Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within the period of two weeks from today, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30930 of 2024(2) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 on anticipatory bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa where the case is pending/successor court in the connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 448 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

3. The order dated 04.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 8556 of 2024 is modified to the extend indicated above.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is further permitted to make correction in the prayer portion in Cr. Misc. No. 8556 of 2024.
